The Eaton County Sheriff Records Division is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., except holidays. Written Sheriff FOIA requests may be sent by mail, email, fax, or delivered in person. Court pleadings and certified judgments must instead be requested from the appropriate clerk at the governmental complex.
